  • Content unrelated to the website's activities: publishing materials that are unrelated to the topic or purpose of the website.
  • Content generally considered indecent: including profanity.

If you wish to report illegal content to us, please contact us via the Contact Point details at the beginning of these terms and conditions.

Please include in your application:
  • A sufficiently reasoned explanation of why you allege that the relevant information constitutes illegal content.
  • A clear indication of the exact electronic location of the information, such as the exact URL(s), and, where appropriate, additional information to identify the illegal content, as appropriate to the type of content and the specific type of hosting service.
  • Your name and email address - except in the case of a report concerning information deemed to be related to one of the offences referred to in Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU (i.e. sexual offences against children and child pornography).
  • A statement confirming your good faith belief that the information and allegations in the report are accurate and complete.

We collect this information pursuant to Article 16(2) of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on the single market for digital services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (Digital Services Act), the so-called DSA.

If you send your application by e-mail or provide your electronic contact details in it, we will confirm receipt of your application.

We will also inform you about the actions we have taken regarding the illegal content you have reported and about the possibilities of appealing our decision.

We moderate user-generated content in response to user reports. We may also moderate content on our own initiative.

We respond to all reports of potential violations of the law or social norms, provisions, policies, terms, and conditions associated with our website. We immediately take appropriate action to remove or disable access to illegal content upon becoming aware of such content.

Please note that we are not obligated to search for illegal content ourselves.

However, we use, on our own initiative, in good faith and with due diligence, mechanisms to automatically detect potentially illegal content.
Content may also be reviewed by us manually, without the use of automated tools.

Content moderation is based on legal provisions, in particular the provisions of the Digital Services Act (DSA).

In the event of taking action against illegal content or content that does not comply with the principles described in this document, we will inform all affected recipients – provided we know their relevant electronic contact details – about the restrictions imposed on the content or the user responsible for it, if applicable due to the nature of the service or other provisions of the agreements binding us, in the form of:

  • Limits on the visibility of certain information we provide, including removing content, disabling access to content, or de-ranking content.
  • Suspension, termination or other restriction of monetary payments.
  • Suspension or termination of the service in whole or in part.
  • Suspension or termination of the service recipient's account.

Every action we take will be justified.

We may refrain from providing such information if the content is misleading or high-volume commercial content.

We consider complaints and grievances within 14 days of receiving them.
